La experiencia con la anfitriona fue desagradable, me ha decepcionado su actitud de superioridad. Mi retroalimentación para ella: Tener humildad y valores ante todo. Compromiso, valorar las relaciones colaborativas con su equipo de trabajo. Responsabilidad, respetar las fechas, tareas y horas acordadas. Comunicación: comunicar las responsabilidades con claridad y respeto. Socialización: tener una buena relación y una energía positiva con todos. Flexibilidad: estar abierta a sugerencias. Mi experiencia en el hostel fue absolutamente increíble. Paulina y su equipo son personas amables, pacientes, y por supuesto, buenas ondas. Todos de ellos me ayudaron muchísimo, específicamente con mi capacidad de hablar español. La ubicación es imbatible, y el trabajo te dará una oportunidad buenísima a conocer a otras personas y practicar tu español o ingles. No le puedo agradecer suficiente a Paulina y el equipo del hostel, sin duda, 5/5.

Recomiendo mucho el hostel para realizar voluntariado en cdmx, la zona es súper segura y todo queda muy cerca!. Paulina es una excelente persona y siempre está dispuesta para ayudarte con todas las dudas que tengas, las horas de trabajo son las indicadas y son tareas muy simples😊 Tuve que retirarme antes del voluntariado por razones personales y no tuvo problemas en ello. Si piensas hacer un voluntariado en cdmx súper recomendado realizarlo en Metro hostel!!💜✨

Paulina is an amazing person and boss. I am really grateful I got to meet her and be part of her project. She's so much fun to be around with and she's also a very direct but respectful person, so she'll let you know if you are making any mistake, which is great for communication from both parts.

I can highly recommend this volunteering! You feel home and included from the very first moment. It's a very nice hostel with loads of international guests, but at the same time it doesn't feel crowded and hectic, so you can easily find some privacy for yourself as well! Paulina, the owner, is always happy to chat with you and give you some tips and insides on Mexican culture. As volunteers we can manage to join the tours provided by the hostel for free and in some intervals we also get a portion of money from the laundry service and tours! I already miss this place! ❤️

I had something happen so I couldn't stay for how much I wanted to stay for but the staff made me feel very welcomed and made sure I was okay and gave me anything I needed! Amazing staff! And amazing people that I met

Foi uma experiência incrível! O trabalho e os horários são tranquilos, você tem várias horas livres para conhecer a cidade e região ! A região do hostel é ótima também , super segura e bem localizada para ir para qualquer parte da cidade! É passada uma orientação no primeiro dia mas seria bom uma melhor organização, pois depois cobraram tarefas que não haviam passado.

Las habitaciones están bien, son cómodas, falta mejorar el aseo de la cocina y baños. Cuando postule la hostal me ofrecía desayuno, cosa que al llegar allá me dijeron que era solo un café. El lugar para guardar tu comida no es seguro, ya que muchas personas se meten a los muebles y me sacaron algunas cosas. no tiene las clases de baile que ofrecían cuando postule y en mis turnos nocturnos me tocaba trabajar mas horas de las acordadas.
