My stay at the yogafarm was intense. I feel extremely lucky because the other volunteers that were with me became my friends and I will cherish them forever. But if that hadn't been the situation I would have left earlier. The host, Antonello, had incredibly poor communication with the volunteers, there was extremely bad management on his part. I didn't feel comfortable around him. There were situations when I didn't feel respected. The job is a lot of hours and hard. Giuseppe and Giulia on the other part are extremely kind and beautiful people, I only wish them the best.

Thank you Maya for your contribution to our farm. It is difficult and intense to manage a farm with guests, volunteers and yoga teachers. I am glad 🙂 though that you met lovely ☺️ people at the farm and had lots of positive aspects.

Mi tiempo fue muy lindo, lamentablemente en la temporada en la que yo fui (invierno) no es tiempo de cosecha y estuve ayudando en cocina y limpieza para huéspedes, el cuál para mí no hubo problema ya que encontré cosas que nunca había hecho y se me dan bien. Nos hicieron parte de las actividades como hiking y yoga. Me tocó convivir más con Glulia, la cuál tuve un momento divertido y fue paciente conmigo. Aprendí a hablar un poco italiano y pude ir a varios pueblos al rededor con los voluntarios o sola. Disfrute el voluntariado, mi único tip es preguntar las tareas. Grazie mille!

Quiero agradecer muchísimo a Giussepe y Antonello por recibirme en su hogar. Giulia quien trabaja en la granja fue una persona increíble en esta experiencia, la extrañare mucho 🤍 Para mi el trabajo si fue algo pesado y el clima aún más, ir en invierno no es la mejor idea, también considero que la comunicación para organizar ciertas tareas se puede mejorar y aunque nuestras compañeras voluntarias fueron increíbles, sería bueno que tuvieran lockers. El recibimiento de todos en la granja es muy cálido, los horarios se establecen con antelación y en general todo fue bien 😄😄😄

It was a great experience, but I recommend to go there in summer. I went the in February, that was the only downside. I was the only volenteer at that time, so I got kinda lonely and bored sometimes. Also I was kinda cold all the time, because the place had no proper heating except for a fireplace and also the are no Yoga classes during the off season. Still I really enjoyed my stay because of the nice and welcoming atmosphere, the easy work and the nature around the farm. So if you go in summer I promise you you will have a amazing time. Italy is beautiful!

La experiencia fue excelente. Cumplió con mis espectativas. Durante casi toda mi estadía fui el único voluntario y a veces me sentía un poco solo. Giuseppe me recibió muy bien al igual que Giulia. Lamentablemente no conocí a Antonello que es quien siempre está a cargo del sitio. Siempre hay algo que hacer en la granja. No te aburres nunca. Algo que debes tener en cuenta es que las comidas no son nada balanceadas. La mayoría de las comidas eran sólo carbohidratos (papas, pasta, pizza, pan y a veces legumbres). Yo siempre compraba proteína y vegetales a parte. De resto mi estadía estuvo genia

Gracias mucho Diego por tu comentario. Soy muy feliz que tu experienza fue muy buena. Si es verdadero en el invierno la comida es mucho mas simple normalmente. Desde marzo cuando yo estoy a la finja y los clientes empienzan a venir, organizamos las comidas mejor con mas opziones.
Ojala' que nos vamos a incontra la proxima vez que vasa venir.

I had a good time at the farm, i met incredible people with huge hearts and beautiful energy. The place was really beautiful but it was lacking a lote in the facilities for the winter, the bathroom was outside when it was freezing at night, it had no heating system besides the fireplace that didn't do to much, i think this is experience is better for summer and spring, i don't recommend going during winter. The town was beautiful and surrounded by nature. I'm happy to keep a lot of good memories and new friendships that this trip and experience gave me, thank you very much for the opportunity

I am glad you enjoyed your overall experience at the farm and you met beautiful people.
Thank you for pointing out that in the winter it is cold. Just as you said we use a fireplace to heat the house but it is still chilly. Though there are two bathrooms to be pricise and one of them is in the main house where the volunteers stay.
In general, I would also not recommend the farm to people who are very sensitive to the cold. They can join the team in spring, summer and fall that the weather is mostly lovely.
Thank you for your very informative review and I hope it helps other people to understand if our place fits them in the colder months of December, January and February.

I had the most incredible time ever. Everyone on the property are amazing people. There was a lot of work but I found it all very enjoyable and a great learning opportunity. Antonello works very well with all of the volunteers. The property is absolutely stunning, the food is delicious, and the people were all kind, interesting people that I greatly enjoyed bonding with. Thank you so much, Antonello for this amazing experience. It will defiantly stay with me, and I hope to return one day soon!

From the first day I felt part of the family. Here, I learned how to cook italian food, make olive oil, understandand more about the plants and life (with Giuseppe). Definetley one special experience that I will always remender dearly :)

This was my first volunteering and I could not wish for better! From the first day I felt so welcome by Antonello and Giuseppe. I learned a lot about nature, cooking organic food and the Italian culture. Giuseppe was the best teacher to learn to speak Italian and teaching me about different aspects of farming, he was always so patient to explain everything. Antonello made the experience about much more than only volunteering. He treated us as family and would take us on hikes, organised activities and would tell a lot of funny stories. Grazie mille per tutto!

Muchas gracias Antonello por la oportunidad. Me sentí en familia, las enseñanzas de Giuseppe increíbles manteniendo el trabajo con todos así como pasar un buen rato juntos. Las comida y el lugar espectacular, te permite crear conciencia, aprender y despejarte. Lo único que batalle un poco al momento de tener que comunicar me, puesto que la mayoría solo maneja el italiano e Inglés (poco el español), un reto para aprender pero seguir mejorando el nivel que traía😊😉. Sin duda lo recomiendo, deseo regresar nuevamente. Ciao! Grazie mile 🙏🍃
