We're looking for a reliable, easygoing, fun loving person with good social skills who could be part of our team, would share their knowledge about the city with our guests, show them the nightlife and help them socializing and making new friends here but also don't mind doing some daily cleaning.
In exchange, you can stay in the center of Budapest and we'd help you get to know the city, become part of a little community and have an epic time.

2 jours de congé par semaine

Dortoir partagé: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres voyageurs.

Détails du programme

We are looking for people who can help us make our guests feel at home here. We are running a small but social hostel where the volunteers have crucial role in shaping the homely atmosphere where everyone feels included and welcome. Working as a small team also allows us to be more flexible , we always make sure our team has time to enjoy the city as well. Having your own knowledge about the city is important at work too as you're gonna be helping the guests with tips about sights to see, places to go. We are looking for people who can help us make our guests feel at home here.

Activités et horaires

Being a small hostel means we are sharing all the tasks, so you get to try yourself in all the different hostel duties:

°reception: at checkin, besides taking guest's details, we always give them a little guide about the city, explaining on the map what to see, where to eat and party etc.

°housekeeping & cleaning: changing beds and doing laundry, emptying bins, keeping the place tidy, doing daily cleaning. The place is small, only 3 rooms and the communal spaces so this doesn't take up too much time. General cleaning is done after 12, to get the place ready for check in time.

°socializing: organising evening activities to bring the guests together, giving them recommendations, making sure they're having a good time.

Règles

Our guests usually choose this place for the friendly environment, so we're looking for volunteers who enjoy getting to know people from all different walks of life and are not shy to start conversations. It's a very informal environment, where we often make friends with the people staying here, but we're expecting our team to treat everyone with respect and kindness. We're looking for reliable, independent people, who can work on their own once they're familiar with the tasks.
