L'expérience

Hi we are Marcia and Dimitry and own a farm in Sweden in the province Värmland.

We have a lot of animals ( mostly horses ). The other animals we have are Cows, dogs, pig, chickens, parrot, cats. We have some holiday houses, those need to be cleaned on changing days.
So the tasks will be helping with the animals, feed them and cleaning the stables. Bringing the horses to the fields, snowplowing in wintertime, raking the terrain. Cleaning.

Dortoir partagé: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres voyageurs.

Déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Détails du programme

We want volunteers to do tasks for us and it would be nice if people are really interested in our animals and projects. We love people with own initiative, open-minded, honest, reliable, humor and open communication. We believe in everybody's speciatility and hope they will use this on our Farm to have a great time together.

If you can't do something it's no problem, but the willing to learn need to be there.
We believe it is important that people have perseverance.

Activités et horaires

The tasks are cleaning horse stables, take care about the animals, change bedclothes and cleaning the holiday houses on changing day, building projects, help with cooking and helping with the guests, snowplowing in wintertime, raking the terrain in summertime, some catering work.

But you're also welcome if you have experience with social media, photography, writer!

It can be that you are helping with preparing for one of our activities like cleaning and saddling horses, helping guests on their horse or at the Farm, walking beside a guest with horse on a trailride, horeca: organizing pancake nights, bar shifts in summertime.

If you wanna apply in summertime we only take people in with horse experience and who wants to work longer then 5 hours a day and want to stay at least 8 weeks. This is because it takes a lot time to get to know all the horses and because the horses need to have feed in the evening as well you'll work longer.

Règles

We don't want people to walk around all day with theirs phone in theirs hand.
And everybody should help to keep the house so clean as possible together, cleaning everyday. Vacuum cleaner and wipe down the counter and tables. Ones a week deeply cleaning of the house, you will find a cleaning list in the house. Also wash your bedsheets ones a week. You clean the house in your private hours since you live there yourself .

Be respectfull with each other.
If we are sitting at the campfire with the guests we do not use our cellphone. We are welcoming positive persons who are physically and mentally in good condition.
You can talk and usk us questions, there are no stupid questions and everyone have to learn.
But please be honest and listen while we explain things how we wants to have the care for our animals. If you forgot something or you don't know it anymore how it should be please ask us. We just want to have the best for our animals , stuff and projects.
