We are committed to organic growing, an ecological lifestyle, and offering holidays on our farm where all buildings are ecologically designed, constructed of stone, wood, or mud-brick, and available for accommodation 12 months of the year.
We are looking for volunteers, to help us in general farm tasks as well as the house tasks in exchange for accommodation, food, and knowledge in organic farming and a chance of practicing Yoga some days :)

Dortoir partagé:

Détails du programme
Living and volunteering in a farm with local people - interacting with a continuous flow of guests throughout the year, will certainly give you the opportunity to learn things like traditional Turkish Cuisine, and ıts unique culture. You can also learn a lot about sustainable and ecological farming practices. Volunteers are also encouraged to talk to visiting Yoga / Meditation Instructors to see ıf they can also be a part of their programs - if they are interested.

We offer volunteers, learning the ecological living through experiences in farming, ecological architecture, recycling, compost making, etc.
FARM CALENDAR:
(The below table gives an idea of the annual workload, on a month-by-month basis)
January: Pruning trees, setting cuttings, sowing seeds, planting garlic and onions, making tangerine wine.
February: Pruning trees, setting cuttings, sowing seeds, planting garlic and onions, making tangerine wine.
March: Harvesting Valencia oranges, making orange wine, planting winter onions, sowing seed for summer vegetables, gathering flowers for drying, sheep out to pasture.
April: Preparing the ground for planting out of vegetable seedlings: ploughing, fertilizing
Règles
Our volunteer friends stay, live, eat and socialize just like the rest of our crew members here as well as paid - guests. So we expect them to be in harmony with the surroundings; with all who live here including our animal friends. No specific rules, all common sense.
