My first volunteer experience and I have already decided to come back. True connection, caring from the lovely people here. I can't believe that it's true but I root here now. Don't know how to say more but my GM dears, love you all. Thank you for being the highlight of my 2025. ❤️

Do not come here unless you're ready to never want to leave!!😩❤️ I can't put into words how incredible my experience at the hostel was. From the first moment I walked in, the staff and volunteers were so incredibly kind. I felt right at home in our little attic room, where countless moments of conversation, laughter, and happiness were shared. The shifts are super manageable and just a tiny trade off for all the memories and life long friends you will gain. Shout out to the cooking, reception, and cleaning staff, for putting up with me ;)) they are wonderful, sweet and so so funny!

This has probably been the best experience of my life. As someone who had not traveled internationally on their own prior to this point and is more introverted, I was absolutely terrified. Volunteering here was the best decision I could have made. Staff and other volunteers feel like family, I am counting down the days till I can return! Hostel is super safe with 24/7 reception and work hours are well respected! The staff is always there to support you and answer any questions you might have! There is no doubt that volunteering here will be awesome!

This is the most incredible place you'll find. From the very first moment you arrive, you're already feel at home, it's a true family, really nice welcoming place and the best crew you can meet. The atmosphere about this place makes you wanna smile all the time. Shifts are pretty easy to do, lot's of free and flexible time to explore the area. It's a top-notch social hostel to meet and hangout with travellers, you can join the activities as well, and the food is out of this world. Words cannot describe enough how I feel about this place, I'm having so much fun that I'm extending my stay :)

My experience volunteering at the hostel was the best! This was my first volunteering experience, and I could not have picked a better place to spend a month. Not only are the staff warm and caring, but they will do everything they can to help you have the best time, whether it's switching shifts around so you can travel, giving you tips of things to explore around the city, or even coming with you to hang out for the day! I left with incredible memories and great friends, especially with my fellow volunteers! The work is fun and chill, and having 3 days off is SO nice. 10/10 recommend.

This was my first volunteer hostel experience and I couldn't have asked for a better one! The team was wonderful and made me feel like part of the family from day one. Tasks were clear, fair, and easy to handle, leaving plenty of time to explore Lisbon and meet amazing people. The hostel itself is lively, welcoming, and full of great energy. I'm grateful for the experience, the friendships, and the chance to grow while being part of such a special place. Highly recommend the hostel!

Literally the best first experience you can have as a volunteer in this hostel ! All the staff is super welcoming and adorable, the shifts are pretty easy and you have a lot of time off. This hostel is probably the best of Lisbon with great facilities and a lot of social activities. Don't think twice and apply there ! Thank you to all the team !! I had such a great time ! ❤️
