Volunteering at the hostel&the hostel was definitely one of the best experiences of my life. The staff team is incredible, they care about each other, the volunteers, and the guests. It's one of the best hostels in the Netherlands; you can see it in the reviews, and you feel it the moment you arrive. The cozy and welcoming environment made this place not just a hostel, but my home in Rotterdam. Volunteers are given a great sense of freedom, schedule flexibility, and autonomy, which really makes you feel like part of the team. Suzy the cat is always around to make our days warm. Highly recommend

You won't find a better hostel that this. The place is beautiful, clean and cozy. Everyone working here are the sweetest, a really cool team, they made me feel at home since day 1, part of the hostel family. The hostel is super chill and comfy, and the location is great! I'm more than grateful to had the opportunity to be a volunteer here. If you have the chance, don't hesitate to volunteer here, you will have an amazing time! From day 1 you can feel like home :) hostel is a vibe, family mood.. sweet atmosphere. The team is always trying to create something positive for the guests.. game, free food, game night, Sunday's movies.. they are flexible with the shifts, and is easy to work in this environment ! I would come back for sure :)

My experience at the hostel was very good! Joyce, Daan and the entire work team are very good, friendly and made me feel very comfortable! The work requires responsibility but it is not very difficult to execute! The atmosphere is very good and pleasant and I highly recommend it for all travelers who want to connect with the city and with the people. I left very happy for this nice experience.

The hostel&the hostel family is definitely my second family! since the first moment i felt super welcomed and i made amazing new friends that i want to take with me for life :) nightshift can be a bit tough if you've got too many days in a row, but nothing that a good 10h of sleep in an off night does not make the deal 😂 everyone from the staff is absolutely lovely, trustworthy, and the deal is great! i can't wait to see everyone again!

First at all, i want to say a huge thank you to Danielle, Joyce and specially Sarah for this opportunity. I enjoy every moment here. There is a Queen name Suzy. She is very lovely and I will let you find out by yourself. Tasks are easy but you need to get it done properly. This is the best hostal I've been so far in Europe. So I truly recommend this beautiful place to everyone. ❤️&🍀
