Staying here was great. It's a bit far from everything but definitely great if you like nature. The locals are all super friendly, open and interested about your life and home country. Would totaly recommend!!

The host is a great place to volunteer, we didn't have so much work to do because of the Winter ending and the beginning of the Covid-19 spread, but it was enough time to learn new skills and make some changes in the place. Rick, the host, is a nice guy, very polite and helped us teaching the tasks and made us feel home every time. Lac La Hache is a small city but full of good paths for a walk in the end of the day and before go home you can watch the sunset on the lake, which is incredible.
