I enjoyed doing this volunteering at Haifa Nest Guesthouse. The host is easy-going and kind, never demand the volunteers to do lots of work or do complicating tasks. The most of the tasks are general hostel work like cleaning, making beds, laundry, etc. I think that anyone can do this volunteering. I had good time with meeting travellers from different countries and going to small trips to Nazareth and Acre, historical sites near Haifa.

Great chill environment. Lots of freedom and flexibility in schedule/situations. Uri is a good host and all around great/helpful guy! would recommend if you're traveling solo looking to meet people from all over.

Honestly, I felt good the first week, because he said; was flexible, I respect that, he didn't stay to much time in the hostel, sometimes makes me work until late, he didn't say much about the hours and free time. I ask for my free days, the second week because I didn't have it on my first week, and i visited tiberias, but i had bad time there, and i came back to the hostel for security. But he just told me, for staying in the hostel, mean I need work…, and make me work even in my free days, and at 2 am, he come drunk, and started yelling at me, front other guests.
