Tuve una muy buena experiencia haciendo un voluntariado de dos semanas en Hostal el hostel. Desde el primer momento fueron amables y comprensivos con las fechas de llegada. El hostal es hermoso, muy bien ubicado y con una energía tranquila. Las tareas son claras y sencillas, y los encargados son personas muy tranquilas y gentiles. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

The owners are two young guys, easygoing and friendly and often going around the hostel, coordinating and helping with some tasks. The hostel is small and quiet but cozy and with super nice vibes, there is a lot of space in the common areas and, most importantly, the atmosphere with the other volunteers is amazing. Sometimes they organize events as a hostel and sometimes they host external ones. The only downside was not having ac in the volunteers room in full summer because I'm summer it gets really hot.

Mi paso por el hostel fue la mejor experiencia de mi vida. Los dueños se convirtieron en una familia para mí, y el lugar se sintió como un hogar. Las tareas de voluntariado fueron súper flexibles y tranquilas, lo que me permitió disfrutar al máximo de mi estadía. Definitivamente un lugar que se queda en el corazón! ❤️

My time at Hostal the hostel was incredible! I felt so welcomed and at home my entire stay and met so many amazing people. The shifts are well organized with lots of free time and it's easy to know what is expected of you during your turn. It can be a bit tricky not knowing Spanish fully but there is always someone there to help and the owners are there to answer any questions you have whenever you need. The hostal is the perfect place to relax/unwind but the city itself offers so many things to do so I was never bored. I am so grateful for my time there - thank you for everything :))

Pasé dos semanas como voluntario en el hostel y la experiencia estuvo buenísima. El hostel es muy lindo, está en pleno centro de Mendoza, y sobre todo los dueños y los demás voluntarios eran muy amables. El trabajo es tranquilo y tuve bastante tiempo libre para recorrer la ciudad y los alrededores, que son increíbles. Recomiendo este hostel a cualquiera que quiera conocer Mendoza!

Fue una experiencia muy tranquila, una ubicación excelente, un hostel súper bonito y acogedor, con un ambiente muy familiar. Voluntarios de todas partes del mundo, perfecto para una inmersión cultural. Mejoré muchísimo mi español. El cuarto de voluntarios también era muy bueno. Cumplieron todas las promesas. Una experiencia excelente, recomiendo muchísimo el voluntariado.

Agradecida totalmente con el hostel por mi experiencia, todos los dueños me recibieron super bien y siempre fueron atentos, me respondieron dudas y ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron, las tareas siempre fueron bien explicadas y fáciles! Conocí gente increible que me llevo en el corazón y tuve la suerte de conectar completamente con este viaje. Ojalá volver pronto, me llevo lo mejor de Mendoza 💖

I loved my time at the hostel! the 3 shifts are morning, mid day, and evening which rotate between volunteers. task lists are provided for each shift and expectations are clear. the owners are kind and always available if you have questions. the vibe was chill and I felt very welcomed upon arrival. Mendoza is a beautiful city to explore and the hostel is in a great location! thank you so much for having me🫶

Fue mi primer experiencia en un hostel y haciendo voluntariado y no podria haber sido mejor. Conoci personas increibles y me senti comoda desde el primer momento. Las tareas y horarios estan bien oranizados, lo que permite planificar tu dia y hacer muchas actividades turisticas. Agus y Matias estan siempre disponibles para ayudarte y transmitir su buena energia. Me voy muy feliz de haber elegido el hostel para realizar mi voluntariado.

The hostel was the ideal first volunteer experience! Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the other volunteers who made me feel right at home. We had an amazing group and a great atmosphere from the start. The shifts were well-organized and fairly divided among all volunteers. There's also a clear checklist for each shift, so it's easy to know exactly what needs to be done, super helpful for newcomers! If you do have any questions you can just ask one of the hosts, incredibly nice people who are passionate about the hostel. Outside of the hostel, Mendoza is a beautiful city!
