I fully recommend BlackSwan. It was my first volunteer experience at Worldpackers, and it couldn't have gone better. The hostel has very good vibes, and the atmosphere is awesome. The friendship created with the rest of the volunteers is wonderful, and the number of people you get to know from all over the world is incredible. Thank you very much Diego for the opportunity.

Increíble experiencia en Sevilla! Hay que estar preparado para bastante trabajo, pero los turnos siempre se respetan perfectamente, Diego es muy flexible y comprensivo con cualquier inconveniente o cambio que se solicite. La mejor parte son los otros voluntarios y poder conectar con gente de todos lados que pasa por el Hostel. Volvería! 😊

I only have words of thanks to Diego and BlackSwan staff. My experience was really enriching, I met a lot of people and I think that I achieved my goal. The hostel is a great place to meet a lot of people from all over the world. Its social areas are great for having fun and socializing with other travelers. The accommodation and bathrooms are very comfortable too. The other volunteers as well as the reception staff were like family to me and everyone was easy to talk to, as well as Diego who is very organized with the shifts. Sevilla is a beautiful city you'll fall in love with. This was amazing as my first time volunteering!

It was one of the best experiences of my life and my first volunteer programme. The tasks and shifts are well organized, you feel it's like home since the first day and there's always someone who can help you for whatever you need. The team and staff are wonderful and you also meet a lot of people from all over the world, which is really cool. I highly recommend this awesome hostel ❤

This was a great learning experience - from housekeeping to cooking to painting to hospitality for guests. Sevilla is simply beautiful! the hostel was a life changing experience! 👍

Overall I had a great experience at the hostel. The other volunteers and staff were lovely, and the guests, who you got to know well, stayed for long periods, so it was nice to socialize with them each night - some nights are busier than others. It would've been nice if I was given a mix of shifts initially (as I had five cleaning shifts in my first week), although once mentioned to Diego, he did give me the more 'fun' shifts to mix it up. But, I for sure would love to go back and visit :-)
