I had the warmest welcome from Lourenço and the hostel team! The hostel has a wonderful vibe and the location is unbeatable. The work is manageable and allows for time to chill out and get to know the other volunteers. Porto is a wonderful city and I would wholeheartedly recommend choosing the hostel as your home here.

This was my first WorldPackers experience and I couldn't recommend it more. The hostel is centrally located with tons to do nearby and everything you need within walking distance. The work itself is straightforward, the expectations are fair, and you usually have some time to relax during your shifts. You're also never alone, which helps a ton and also means that you get to know the staff and other volunteers while working; it's an incredible team and I feel grateful to have been able to meet them and spend the time I did with them! I would 100% encourage anyone to volunteer here.

My experience couldn't have been better, I learned a lot, I met people, I lived Moments that are kept in my heart. The hostel's facilities are very good, the location is the best there could be, close to everything. The staff are the best, I've made great friends, Giovani, Gabi and Rossana are partner staff and the manager Lourenço, he's an incredible being, who understands and listens to people and always helps anyone, I can call him a friend. Thank you Lourenço for everything you did for me, your support and advice was very important. Thank you for being part of the hostel family, my home.

My experience in the hostel was great. I arrived during a quiet time so unfortunately the activities were kind of limited but besides that Lourenço was really communicative, helpful and understanding. Everyone was really welcoming Jesus, Rossana, Giovanni and Gabi help you during your shift and they are also an amazing company. The work is fair and flexible and also the volunteers facilities are the hostel and spacious! Definitely recommended :)

My stay at the hostel was amazing! 😁 I truly enjoyed working, engaging with guests and locals. This experience has changed the direction of my life, of that I am sure! Thank you Lourenço, Gabi, Giovanni, Rossana, Nahuel and Jesus ♥️ I am even more grateful for having amazing volunteers living with me 🌸 love you girls! To all the future volunteers I have to say that this is a perfect opportunity! With those people you will never feel left out, hungry or bored!

Can't recommend enough! My month volunteering as a receptionist/bartender was full of meeting beautiful people, building friendships with volunteers/guests/employees, exploring the city, learning to surf at Matosinhos Beach, listening to music in Parque das Virtudes, and cheering with the crowd as the sun set in Jardim do Morro. The volunteer work is extremely reasonable and straightforward. Super central location! Lourenço is an incredible manager and incredibly special person. From the very beginning he was communicative, enthusiastic, and considerate. I already miss my the hostel family <3

I loved my time here. It was my first time as a volunteer and in Portugal. the hostel and Porto is a must visit. I felt amazing during my whole month . the whole crew is so the hostel, you all feel like a community and will help you out if u need anything. everything is taken care of, not much hard work( u get time to chill during ur shift) . everything is super close with stores and transport, interesting things to see, walking tours and pubcrawls. We should all be responsible and do our job best as possible, while mantaining everyones safety and taking care of eachother:)))

Definitely the best hostel in Porto! In addition to the central location, the hostel allows you to stay in the common area all night without worrying about “curfew”. The contribution hours are calm and respected, the staff members are wonderful and the exchanges with the volunteers are unique! I made great friends in my 3 months of volunteering and I definitely recommend this experience. ♡︎
