L'expérience

We are a family run, friendly BnB in a rural setting with stunning views over the Atlantic.

You will help us to clean the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen and laundering and ironing of bedding and mix with guests. you will work about 4-5 hours per day with 1 day a week off.

You will share a room and you may shop for your own food, for which we give you a generous allowance.

We expect you to have fun while joining our family here at Aras.

Vélos à votre disposition: Vous pouvez utiliser nos vélos quand vous le souhaitez.

Transfert: Nous viendrons vous chercher à votre arrivée et vous emmènerons à notre propriété.

Utilisez notre cuisine équipée: N'hésitez pas à utiliser notre cuisine et préparer vos propres délicieux repas.

Détails du programme

Duties here will mainly be cleaning of the bedrooms and public areas and laundering and ironing of bedding used by our guests.
We expect 4-5 hours work per day and offer 1 day off per week. Some days we work longer and some shorter, depending on workload.
We have a nice spacious en-suite room for our volunteers.
We have learned allowing Volunteers to shop for their own food works best, so that you can choose and cook for yourself. We will give you a generous a weekly allowance to buy your own food and will take you shopping once a week. We have a large well-equipped kitchen where you can cook your own food.
The most important aspect of all is that we want you to mix with the guests to help create a nice friendly atmosphere and we want the work to be fun. You are after all here to have a holiday as well as work.

Activités et horaires

You can sleep in if you like as your work only starts when guests check out around 10h00 or so. The typically we will get all the rooms clean within 2 hours.
We expect the washing to be done an ironed by the time you go to bed, so you can choose when you work , allowing you to also have fun and enjoy the beauty of West Donegal.
