L'expérience

We are a non-profit making organization based in Lushoto in the beautiful Usambara Mountains. We aim at tackling the adverse challenges of education within our communities in different parts of Tanzania by minimizing the level of illiteracy in children by addressing and pioneering the book reading tradition to children and youths from the age of 3 years to 20 years old. You can easily be part of our community in this project

Ce que vous recevez

2 jours de congé par semaine

Dortoir partagé: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres voyageurs.

Tente: Vous dormirez dans une tente sur un site de camping.

Petit-déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un petit-déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Réductions sur les Visites: Obtenez des réductions pour les visites et excursions dans la ville.

Événements gratuits: Entrée gratuite aux meilleurs événements de la ville.

Cours de langue: Suivez des cours de langue gratuits chez nous.

Utilisez notre cuisine équipée: N'hésitez pas à utiliser notre cuisine et préparer vos propres délicieux repas.

Certificat: Obtenez un certificat d'achèvement après avoir terminé votre expérience.

Détails du programme

During weekdays the volunteers will have to participate in a school programs and after school programs which will be conducted at the library. Maximum 3-4 hours a day, 5 days a week and all the weekends are off in order for volunteers to explore more and interact with locals around our community in this beautiful Usambara Mountains. We truly expect your ideas and talents will bring a lot of change through our projects.

Activités et horaires

Teaching the kids at the school for minimum of 2 hours then after school you will be able to join with them at the library for another 2 hours of reading,playing games with them etc (depending on the weekly schedule)

Alcohol and drugs are not allowed at the school and at the library too!
