L'expérience

The first hostel in Mexico City, it is located in a small old house in a great street. It is not a party hostel but rather hosts serious backpackers with usually amazing traveling plans. We are looking for responsible travelers with an open mind, a work ethic and that can enjoy us as part of a team. Its important to have a confident level of English, and great if you know some Spanish too. The volunteering includes reception and some basic cleaning.

Nettoyage: Aider à nettoyer la cuisine, les chambres, les salles de bain et les espaces communs.

Administration: Aider avec les systèmes de réservation et les paiements.

Réception: Aider aux enregistrements, départs et assistance aux clients.

Ce que vous recevez

2 jours de congé par semaine

Dortoir partagé: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres voyageurs.

Petit-déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un petit-déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Laverie Gratuite: Vous pouvez utiliser notre buanderie librement.

Soirées gratuites: Entrée gratuite aux meilleures soirées de la ville.

Détails du programme

Please only contact us if you can stay for at least 4 weeks. We receive many applicants, so please try to be specific about the dates of your time with us. No need to write a long description - we will arrange a videocall interview!
We give preference to travelers who speak English, but Spanish is essential for working with most of the team and many of our guests.

Activités et horaires

Volunteers typically work 4 to 5 shifts per week. The total hours can vary, the work shifts go from the morning into the night.

The work includes reception, cleaning, answering the phone and door, managing the computer system, giving directions, recommendations and orientation to the guests. If you have other obligations or make plans outside the hostel, we will try to work around them. However, it is important that volunteers are able to perform any of the shifts we may possibly schedule.

There is zero tolerance for any drug usage, sex, or heavy drinking within the hostel or around its immediate vicinity.
