What We Expect From Our Worldpackers
We’re looking for motivated, open-minded people who are happy to be part of daily life, not just visitors. The main role we’re looking for right now is an experienced barista, so confidence with espresso, basic coffee preparation, cleanliness, and working independently is important.
Beyond skills, attitude matters most. We expect our Worldpackers to be:
Reliable and respectful of schedules
Positive, proactive, and willing to help where needed
Open to learning and adapting to local culture
Respectful of guests, locals, and the space we share
You’ll help mainly in the coffee shop, and occasionally support the surf school or daily tasks when needed. We value communication, honesty, and mutual respect.
What You Can Expect From Us
In return, we offer more than just a place to stay. You’ll be welcomed as part of a small surf-centered community in Anza, living real local life close to the ocean.
You can expect:
A friendly, family-like atmosphere
Fair exchange of work hours and free time
Time to surf and enjoy the ocean
Cultural exchange and local insight
Support, guidance, and respect
We believe volunteering should feel meaningful, balanced, and human. Our goal is that you leave not only with experience, but with memories, connections, and a deeper understanding of Morocco.
