Amritsar invites you to slow down - and pay attention.
Through goVOLUNTEER, goSTOPS’ community-led volunteer initiative, travellers are invited to contribute a few hours each day in exchange for accommodation, meals, and the chance to live inside hostel life rather than pass through it.
In Amritsar, the experience is shaped by rhythm and routine. Days unfold steadily, shared spaces matter, and presence carries more weight than plans. The hostel becomes a place where travellers arrive from different paths and find grounding through simple, everyday interactions

Activités et horaires

You’ll host, support or participate in activities such as:

Wall Art Showdown, Artist Night, Gaming Night, Movie Night
Karaoke, Fun Tournaments, Storytelling Circle, Bonfire Sessions, Rise & Refresh mornings

Shift: 4 hours per day (7 PM – 11 PM).Volunteers may be assigned to a single hostel for a maximum of 15 days only.

No alcohol consumption during volunteer hours
Keep common areas clean after events
Be punctual and consistent with your evening shifts
Follow community guidelines and coordinate activities with the team
No inviting outside visitors into volunteer accommodation
