I'm giving the community a 3 because my experience didn't fully match my expectations. I understood daily yoga to be part of the program, so it was disappointing to learn it was only on Tuesdays, with just two guided sessions a month. I also found the practice of keeping thoughts and feelings inward challenging and not the best fit for my personality. The people were kind, but overall it wasn't aligned with what I was looking for.
