I had a great time at the hostel! Everyone is super friendly, the work is simple, and scheduling is flexible. I highly recommend the hostel as a home base for exploring the rest of New Orleans, which is an incredible city in itself. I loved it here so much that I extended my stay a full month beyond what I had originally planned :)

I recently quit my day job to chase my dream of traveling full-time.
I went to high school and college in America, where I studied psychology and sociology.
These days I work primarily as a freelance writer and lifestyle blogger, but I have many passions. I am a certified birth and postpartum doula, and I have professional experience with animals as well.
So far I have traveled the United States extensively, with my absolute favorite place in America being Yellowstone National Park. I enjoy cities and people as well, though. I have also visited Canada, Mexico and Jamaica. I've only recently reached a position in life where traveling will be more available to me, and I couldn't be more excited! Everywhere is on my bucket list :)
