Programa detallado

At Manitonga Hostel, volunteers are part of our team and contribute to creating a clean, welcoming, and friendly environment for our guests. In exchange for your help, you’ll stay in our staff accommodation, meet travelers from around the world, and enjoy the nature and activities of Mont-Tremblant. We keep the program simple: 12 hours of help per week, usually split over 3–4 short shifts, giving you plenty of free time to explore. We value respect, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Actividades & Turnos

Your daily activities include helping our team with basic housekeeping (changing bed sheets, cleaning rooms, tidying common areas) and simple maintenance tasks such as organizing storage, small repairs, or helping us improve the space. Shifts are usually during the day, between 10:00 and 15:00. We schedule around 3 to 4 shifts per week, depending on the season. We aim for a relaxed, supportive environment where you can work independently but always with help available if you need it.

Reglas

We expect volunteers to be respectful, responsible, and clean in both their work and shared living areas. No parties in the staff rooms. Quiet hours must be respected. If you need to change your shift or cannot attend, please let the manager know in advance. We also ask that volunteers represent the hostel positively when interacting with guests. A good attitude and open communication are essential.
