We are passionate about horses and need help feeding, grooming, maintaining the stables and fences, and preparing for our summer horse show.
We also have a small cat breeding project and a guest room, so you may help there too.
We provide accommodation, meals, and at least one horse riding lesson per week with our beautiful horses — Iberian, Friesian, and local breeds. Experienced riders may ride more often, especially in summer.

🐎 About us
We are a professional horse-oriented farm passionate about respectful and authentic horsemanship.
Our horses — Iberian, Friesian, and local breeds — are trained bitless, and we practice classical dressage, Cossack vaulting, and liberty work. During the summer season, we also organize horseback rides for tourists and prepare a local horse show, which is one of the highlights of our year.
We also have a small cat breeding program and a guest room, so there’s always a variety of activities going on here!
💪 What we need help with
Life on the farm is rewarding, but it’s also physical — so come prepared to move!
Your help will include:
- Feeding and grooming the horses
- Cleaning and maintaining stables, paddocks, and fences
- Assisting with training sessions, liberty work, and show preparations
- Helping with the cats or guest area when needed
And yes… cleaning up horse poop and cutting brambles are part of the daily routine — it’s the best (and most fragrant) full-body workout you’ll ever get! 😄
We truly appreciate volunteers who are motivated, reliable, and not afraid of some good honest work outdoors.

Actividades & Turnos

Daily activities:
Our days are busy and varied — you’ll never get bored! Here’s what a typical week looks like:
- Feeding the animals (mainly horses and cats) 4–5 times a day.
- Cleaning the horse paddocks and alleys once or twice a week.
- Assisting with daily horse training sessions in late morning (bitless work, dressage, liberty, or Cossack vaulting).
- Helping with meals — preparing food or doing the dishes — and keeping shared areas (kitchen, dining room) tidy.
- Riding lesson once a week, and occasional trail rides, depending on your level and length of stay.
- Assisting with horse grooming and preparation for training, shows, or rides.
- About twice a week: a “farm mission” afternoon — cutting brambles, repairing or improving fences, setting up spaces, or crafting accessories for shows (a mix of practical work and creativity!).
- Occasionally, helping to refresh or clean one of the rooms in our small guest house (4 rooms total).

Other tasks can be given depending on your skills, experience, and interests — we love when volunteers bring their own ideas or talents!

Reglas

🏠 Rules & Important Information

To keep everything running smoothly and make sure everyone feels comfortable, here are a few important points to know before coming:

We have only one shared bedroom, and after a few difficult experiences, we now welcome female volunteers only.

Respect and consideration are essential in the house and room. Please keep quiet after 11 p.m. and avoid disturbing those who need more sleep. There is a separate room for night owls to chat or relax later in the evening.

The climate can be cold in winter, and we heat the house moderately to save energy — bring warm clothes!

Meals are prepared and shared together. We eat well and cook balanced meals with plenty of protein, including meat.

If you are vegetarian, you’re welcome to cook your own alternative dishes; we’ll provide the ingredients, but we don’t prepare other meals ourselves.

For health and welfare reasons, we do not accept volunteers’ own animals, to protect the safety and integrity of our breeding programs.

If you come from a modern dressage background, please be open-minded — our approach is more artistic and specific, focused on bitless riding, harmony, and expression rather than competition.

Respect, curiosity, and kindness are the key to having a great experience here — with us, the horses, and the other volunteers!
