La experiencia

We are a hillside property in central Portugal near Oleiros. Its a small fruit farm and you are very welcome to come and stay and help us reach our potential. There are many things to fix or create and we have a lot of materiel to work with, some natural and some left lying around the place. Its a relaxed place and we will work in short bursts like 4 hours a day and four days a week the rest of your time is for your self

Programa detallado

if you have any skills we will work around those - there are carpentry and electrical and building skills needed. This doesn't have to be volunteer based. There is plenty of other tasks that need attention. currently : building raised beds for winter vegetables. Irrigation maintenance and expansion. Pruning trees and particularity a very large Kiwi plant. Fruit harvest and storage - this is ongoing. Finishing the downstairs kitchen area for volunteers. Actividades & Turnos

we can see what works best but 4 hours daily and 4 times a week is standard. It would be advantages to have a vehicle to get around if you want to explore the area. we have room for campers but make sure you have levelers as its mountainous.
