La experiencia fué muy buena en general! El trabajo sencillo, justo, la estancia cómoda. Aljezur es muy chico, pero cerca tienes lugares increíbles. Teresa, mis mejores recuerdos, cocinaba siempre delicias portuguesas para todos y quizás esos eran los mejores momentos! Al hostel lo visitan mayormente gente muy adulta, por estancias muy cortas. Y el echo de que acepten parejas como voluntarios a veces dificulta la interacción del equipo. Pero fue un buen momento para buscar paz, estar con uno mismo, leer, ver paisajes, conocer lugares, comer rico. Gracias por la oportunidad Ricardo!!!'

I can truly recommend this host to other travelers. This was my first volunteering experience and I will remember it for the rest of my life. Aljezur is a magical place if you are looking for a slow and calm life and places around are really beautiful. The crew consists of very honest and good people who have a good heart and made me feel welcome. My stay wouldn't be the same without other volunteers which made me smile every day

Foi incrível passar esse tempo no hostel. O hostel é ótimo e a equipe: Cris, Tereza, Kabita, Pema e Sommu, são pessoas simplesmente maravilhosas. O ambiente é leve, descontraído, tranquilo e organizado. A cidade muito charmosa, cheia de natureza e praias lindas, além de pessoas acolhedoras e gentis. Vivemos bons momentos e fizemos amigos que levaremos na memória e no coração. Esperamos voltar 🥰

Foi uma experiência muito favorável! A equipe é toda incrível. Cris, Teresa, Pema, Kabita e Sommu são pessoas incríveis! O Ricardo tbm, super prestativo! Simplesmente amei todos! Só gratidão! O hostel é ótimo e tem energia boa! A cidade é muito pequena, pra mim foi perfeito! As praias são selvagens e maravilhosas! Vi cada pôr do sol … Espero poder voltar em outro momento!

I had a great time in the hostel. The staff is welcoming and very kind. Accomodation and breakfast are great and the beaches nearby are amazing! The work hours are always respected, the work is fair and the hostel is hygienic. Thank you, I can only recommend it.

I cannot recommend volunteering at the hostel enough! Cristina, Teresa, Pema, Kabita, and everyone on the team are all wonderful human beings. Aljezur is a beautiful place to explore, and you will have lots of time to do it! Cris was forthright with my weekly schedule and everyone was very respectful of my hours working. During my time there I had the chance to try different tasks: cleaning, reception, and breakfast. No matter what I was doing, I found it really rewarding. The people I worked alongside in housekeeping are genuinely some of the most powerful women I've ever met.Thank you the hostel!

Volunteering at the hostel was an absolute pleasure! The work is relatively simple & straightforward and you always have more than enough time to explore the town after volunteering. The volunteer team I was with connected super well and we became like one big family ❤️ ! The town itself is absolutely gorgeous and there are plenty of beaches and hikes close by. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking to volunteer and enjoy a simple peaceful town with beautiful people! Thank you Cristina and Teresa for everything ❤️☀️✌️
