Mi experiencia en este voluntariado en el hostel fue excelente. Nos daban un buen presupuesto diario para comida y alcohol, además de una habitación cómoda para los voluntarios. Las tareas eran sencillas y fáciles de aprender, y el ambiente era muy agradable. Todos son amables y te adaptas rápido. Gracias a Kassy, que siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros y dispuesta a ayudar. ¡Recomiendo totalmente esta experiencia! 🇰🇭🥳

I had a great time as a VIG at the hostel. The hostel is great, the work is fun, and hours are well respected. the hostel Real is a great city with loads to do and there is plenty time to explore and go on tours. It was great to connect with local workers and international travellers alike. Highly recommend!

The place itself is super fun and lively , I mean, it's a the hostel! The manager Kassy is really nice, flexible, and open to discussion when issues come up. I experienced some uncomfortable situations with one staff member, and there was a lack of organization regarding working hours, days off, and communication between teams. This volunteer experience has a lot of potential, but it needs clearer structure and better management to ensure everyone feels safe and respected 💫

I am a little confused regarding your comment about the lack of organisation, structure or communication. A group chat was created with all Guest Experience staff where I was communicating multiple times a day about everything happening in the hostel daily. I feel very confident that the structure is stable and clear. I will continue working hard to assure all volunteer joining my team feel safe and heard. Thank you!
