Although each position has its main focus, we work together as a team. You may join other helper or staff to assist with different tasks (e.g. weeding, cleaning, cooking).
We never force you to do tasks you strongly dislike, but we are looking for flexible, team-oriented people who enjoy learning new things and helping where needed.

Almuerzo: Tienes derecho a almuerzos gratis cada día de tu estadía.

Bicicletas a tu disposición: Puedes usar nuestras bicicletas cuando quieras.

Utilice nuestra cocina equipada: Siéntete libre de usar nuestra cocina y preparar tu comida deliciosa.

Programa detallado

We are renovating two houses with beautiful garden – ONIWA (near Aoyama Station) and Kozakura (near Fuki Station) – to open as guesthouses and community spaces.
Each area has its own charm: ONIWA is close to shops and restaurants, while Kozakura is surrounded by rice fields and closer to the beach area, perfect for countryside walks.
You will live in one of these houses while helping with renovation and guesthouse tasks.
I'm the right person to go for lunch with if you are food lover!

If you’d like to stay longer than the current availability allows, just let me know and we can look for possible arrangements. Please also understand that we need a little time to get to know each other to make sure the collaboration feels right for everyone :)

Actividades & Turnos

Workload: 4 hours/day, 5 days a week (or 4 days/week without lunch provided)
Start time: Usually around 10:00, but early morning or evening tasks are possible depending on the project.
Breaks: 1 hour including lunch. If you prefer, you may resume work right after lunch and finish earlier.

Reglas

-Please let us know your schedule changes (e.g. trips, flight adjustments) in advance.

-If you would like to stay in a private room, there is a charge of ¥20,000 per month. Please let us know in advance to check availability.

-Smoking is allowed only outside
