We are hands-down Prague’s most unique and popular hostel, known for the variety of events and amazing accommodations we offer, attracting visitors from around the world. We need flexible volunteers who are willing and able to support a range of functions, cleaning and making beds, receptionist duties, bartending, and assisting with events, maintenance etc.

Que ofreces?

Programa detallado

We normally seek volunteers who can commit to a 3-8 week stay. We work with multiple volunteers at a time, so precise duties snd responsibilities are somewhat flexible — we try to assign people to roles that match their skills and preferences, rather than trying to force people into a pre-defined role. It’s important we know from the start what your strengths are!
You will be accommodated in a shared form, given a weekly food allowance and discounts in the bar.

Actividades & Turnos

All volunteers will need to support the housekeeping and reception staffs with routine tasks such as cleaning, making beds etc. depending on your skills or interests, you may also be asked to assist with maintenance, bartending, events production, guest services or other tasks.

Reglas

To keep the program fun and fair, we ask all volunteers to follow a few simple rules:

Minimum commitment of 6 weeks.

20 hours of work per week, divided into shifts.

Be punctual, responsible, and respectful to guests, staff, and fellow volunteers.

Keep shared areas and volunteer dorms clean and tidy.

No excessive drinking or disruptive behavior inside the hostel.

Represent Brix Hostel positively when interacting with guests or partners.
