Renovei meu intercâmbio no anfitrião porque a primeira experiência foi tão boa que queria mais, e não me arrependi. O ambiente continua incrível, acolhedor e cheio de boas energias. Foi ótimo poder contribuir novamente e aprender mais e conhecer novas pessoas ! Recomendo muito essa experiência 💛✨

Having the opportunity to work at the host was the best decision we could have made when coming to Rio de Janeiro. First of all, the people including the other workawayers, the owner of the hostel, the employees and the guests that stayed at the hostel were all very very kind, openminded and warm-hearted individuals. Living there felt like having a second family! The work was really calm, even less than 5h a day, which allowed us to see a lot of Rio. The neighbourhood, the host, is adorable, as there are cute little Samba Bars etc. We absolutely recommend it!

Minha experiência como voluntária no the host foi maravilhosa! Atuei na recepção e na limpeza do espaço, sempre com orientações claras e acolhimento desde o primeiro dia. A convivência foi leve e divertida - fiz amizades incríveis com pessoas de vários países e me senti em casa com os anfitriões e a Tia Rosa💛 Um dos momentos mais especiais foi o café da manhã de Páscoa que organizei para os hóspedes, que rendeu muitos elogios, avaliação no Google e até presentinhos na despedida! O ambiente é cooperativo, alegre e ainda consegui uma renda extra dentro do próprio the host. Gratidão!✨

Ótima experiência no anfitrião! O ambiente é tranquilo e acolhedor, o trabalho é tranquilo e nunca muito difícil e os espaços privados para os voluntários são simples, mas funcionais. Você tem a oportunidade de conhecer o lindo bairro o anfitrião, uma ótima localização para descobrir o Rio. Um grande abraço a toda a família do anfitrião, muito obrigado pela fantástica experiência❤️

The host is a very artistic and mystical place. I liked the host, and you can easily explore more cultural sites if that's what you're looking for in Rio de Janeiro. I recommend this place, especially for those looking for this type of tourism. Thanks to the family for opening their home to me so I could explore this part of Rio de Janeiro.

This experience was not really what i expected. the shared room wasn't clean and my roommate and i got sick… the tasks were simple and clearly explained. the people were nice but the place was a bit empty and i wasn't confortable staying more. i left earlier than planned.

My volunteering experience at the host wasn't what I expected. The work (mainly cleaning) was not well organized, and there were mainly communication issues. The place itself is still pretty nice. The volunteer room and breakfast were okay, but not great. I didn't feel comfortable, so I decided to leave after a week. Sorry, but I wouldn't recommend this place.
