La experiencia

Join our hospitality team and support the daily service of our hotel restaurant and bar. We're looking for a friendly, well-presented and reliable person who enjoys working with guests and providing excellent service with a smile.

Your main tasks will include:

Bar service: preparing and serving drinks, coffees, and simple snacks

Table service: setting up tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks

Actividades & Turnos

🕓 Schedule & Conditions

32 hours per week, with 2 days off

Shifts are mainly during breakfast or lunch and dinner hours

Professional appearance and punctuality required

Italian language preferred

You’ll be supported during the first days, but a proactive and self-managed approach is expected after initial training


Reglas

. Punctuality is essential – we count on you to be on time and present for your scheduled shifts.


2. Dress code – clean, professional appearance is required (we’ll provide guidance on what to wear). No sandals, tank tops or flashy clothing during service.


3. No phone use during work hours – except in case of emergency.


4. Respect for guests and staff – polite language, kind attitude, and discretion at all times.


5. No alcohol or drug use during the stay – neither during work nor in the accommodation.


6. Clean shared spaces – keep your accommodation and communal areas tidy and respectful for everyone.


7. Autonomy and initiative are appreciated – once trained, we expect you to manage your tasks responsibly.


8. Privacy and confidentiality – do not share private information or photos of guests/staff without permission.


9. Notice if you need to leave early – we ask for honest communication if you cannot complete your stay.
