Programa detallado

This experience is ideal for someone who is motivated, proactive, and enjoys working with a good level of autonomy. While you'll be part of a supportive and friendly team, we value volunteers who can take initiative, stay organized, and handle their tasks responsibly — especially during busy hours.

You’ll have the opportunity to experience different aspects of hospitality in a real hotel setting, from front desk reception to bar service and restaurant support. This is not a highly structured “internship,” but rather a dynamic environment where your presence makes a real impact.

You'll be encouraged to bring your own ideas, creativity and presence, and to engage directly with guests in a kind, respectful, and professional way.

Actividades & Turnos

Reception: welcoming guests, check-in/check-out, sharing local info, light admin support.Bar tending: preparing and serving coffee, drinks, and simple snacks.

Restaurant service (daytime only): helping during lunch hours with table service, taking orders, serving food.

Basic administration: answering phone calls, managing bookings, handling emails, entering data.
