La experiencia

We’ve recently opened our hostel in the heart of Sofia, Bulgaria, and we’re already becoming a favorite spot for young, open-minded backpackers. 🏙️🎒

We’re looking for friendly and positive volunteers to join our team and help us keep the hostel clean, cozy, and full of good vibes. Tasks are simple and varied: cleaning, preparing beds, helping with guest check-ins, and keeping an eye on our small bar.

Que ofreces?

24 horas de ayuda por semana

Actividades & Turnos

Your tasks will be light and straightforward:

🛏️ Bed prep: guests make their own beds, so you’ll just swap out the dirty sheets for fresh ones.

🧹 Cleaning: bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and trash.

🍸 Bar: for guests only, so it’s very chill — basic drinks and a relaxed vibe.

👋 Check-ins: most of the process is automated, but nothing beats a friendly welcome from a real person.

🌟 Extra help: occasionally, small tasks may come up depending on guest needs.

We make sure the workload is fair, never too hard, and with plenty of time to relax and enjoy Sofia.



Shifts are varied to keep things interesting:

-Morning cleaning and bed prep
-Afternoon cleaning and bed prep
-Evening shifts for check-ins and bar service

On average, you’ll help no more than 24 hours per week, with 2.5 consecutive days off. Some days are busier, others very relaxed — but every day brings something different! ✨
