Você gosta de cozinhar? O desafio aqui é cozinhar de verdade, aprendi mais e me desenvolvi fazendo refeições diárias para uma média de 25 pessoas. A rotina exige autonomia e responsabilidade, se você não gosta de trabalhar de forma hand on, está oportunidade não é para você. Agora se ama a cozinha e quer contribuir de maneira genuína, se candidate. Agradeço a toda a equipe do projeto Madrid pela estadia de um mês. Tive o prazer de participar de algumas práticas budistas e conheci pessoas que levarei para a vida. Já tenho um lugar para voltar em Madrid. Gracias. Recomendo!

It is important to know that the project is an educational center of Buddhism, and volunteers have a unique opportunity to receive free knowledge about meditation and conscious living. the project performs a missionary function, and this deserves special respect. Accommodation and food are at a high level, good clean rooms for eight people did not bring me discomfort. The organization of work in which volunteers participate sometimes looks chaotic, we had to perform different tasks during the day, but over time this became a normal production process. I am grateful for the experience gained

Foi minha segunda experiência em um centro budista o projeto e sempre são experiências ótimas! 🤗 Nesse centro estávamos afastados da cidade imersos as montanhas é um lugar calmo e muito bonito! O trabalho é fácil as horas são respeitadas e as pessoas são extremamente gentis! Os voluntários são bem vindos nas aulas de meditação, oração, caminhadas e atividades em geral que houverem no período da sua estadia! Se você está buscando se desconectar do celular e ter um tempo conectado a natureza super indico essa experiência!!

Foi meu 1º voluntariado e 1º contato com o projeto. Eu indico a todos ter essa experiência independente da religião, classe social. No meu 1º “problema” eles foram muito resolutivos, empáticos, me escutaram, sempre fui bem tratada, se come MUITO BEM, tive sorte em com as companheiras de 4º, a maestra é uma pessoa maravilhosa. Como é um lugar com muitos voluntários, é um pouco difícil de manter um controle, porém se nota que eles tentam fazer de tudo para que tanto os clientes quanto os voluntários se sintam bem. Como qualquer lugar as coisas podem sair um pouco do esperado. Amei a experiência

Minha experiência the project só começou em Madrid, e por isso sou extremamente grata por ter tido a oportunidade de iniciar por lá. Não é só sobre viagem, é sobre entender a si mesmo num plano que não temos tanta compreensão e com certeza pode mudar sua vida. Me acolheram e me guiaram e sigo me envolvendo com as redes de meditações. Obrigada por tudo!

The project ambience was peaceful and welcoming! The staff were kind and care about your well being. The work is fair and the hours are well respected. It's important to advocate for tasks you do well in and interest you. You are given the opportunity to engage with Buddhist philosophy through meditations, retreats and talks with Buddhist monks. The food is amazing and nutritious. the project center is a bit far from Centro Madrid but there are buses. I reccommend this place to connect with spirituality and nature and disconnect from city life. I definitely would like to return!

Bianca is a friendly, respectful and very committed volunteer. She keeps to the agreed schdules and adapts easily to the functioning of the team. She has knowledge of web creation and programming, which was a great help during her stay. In addition, she is tidy, correct and maintains a positive attitude at all times.
We would recommend her with complete confidence for any project that requires a responsible, collaborative person with good technical and human skills.

Appart from the joy I was able to have at rediscovering the teachings of Darma and Budda, I am delighted to have been able to contribute to the development of social networks through the editing of Videos and flyers in order to highlight the retreats spiritual and Christmas events. I was also able to participate in various cleaning tasks and share friendly and spiritual moments with the locals. I highly recommend this experience to all people who wish to share an experience that allows us to focus on ourselves and discover a pure rhythm of life.

Had a great time in the project, Maria José made me feel really comfortable, and explained me what were my tasks, an amazing leader!! The other volunteers were from a lot of places, but had a great time meeting them and learning from them, people with dreams and aspirations. Miss them so much :)
