Tivemos um problema pontual com ele, que acredito ter sido um mal entendido , porém tudo foi devidamente esclarecido e solucionado.

O RFH tem uma equipe incrível, acolhedora, paciente e didática. Todos me receberam muito bem! O Lucas me ensinou as tarefas do bar atenciosamente, sendo um ótimo líder. Os horários e as atividades são tranquilas e alinhados, respeitando ambas partes. O hostel é bem localizado, organizado e com muitas oportunidades de encontros de gente boa, de praticar línguas, conhecer novas culturas e realmente aprender novas habilidades (o bar é maravilhoso 💜), e tudo isso com uma vista muito linda!

I had a great volunteering experience at the hostel. The owners and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I loved working at the bar, the tasks were always perfectly explained and I developed many new skills. I could also improve my portugues, learning a lot of carioca slang :) The hostel is well located and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Thank you to everybody for this amazing time, I hope to be back soon!

This experience was amazing! the hostel is a positive environment in a beautiful location in Rio De Janeiro, with spectacular views of the city. The hostel is a very calm environment, and I loved the meditation area. I met so many new friends and locals and had so much fun helping with the night shift. Marcus, the host was very friendly and I felt so at home! I cannot wait to be back!

My experience in the hostel was great! People working there are super friendly, they make you feel like home. The hostel itself is very nice, has stunning view for the city and it's located in very pretty, artistic area. I would love to come back one day.

Fiquei no hostel por 1 mês e meio e foi logo de início uma experiência muito agradável. Fui muito bem recebida pela equipe, bem alocada e instruída quanto ao trabalho que desenvolveria no bar. Bons eventos com pessoas incríveis sempre ao redor e uma estrutura impecável. Recomendo a experiência do voluntariado no hostel e desejo que os próximos voluntários tenham um tempo e uma estadia tão querida quanto a que tive!

The whole team is really great!! Marcus and Juan are really cool and I always had the good vibes I was looking for. Beacuse of the low season I didn't cook a lot and I didn't learn new recipes but it was funny anyway and thanks to the little task I enjoyed all the days and nights. I know a shared dorm is always though but the room and the bathroom can be better managed. The entire experience was howerer great, the staff too, I recommend it!!!!!

My stay at the hostel was amazing! I'd always do it again: I got to learn a lot of kind and nice people, the work was more fun than work and I had the chance to improve my bartender skills and languages. All together a perfect experience in a great city with amazing people around me. Couldn't have been better. Actually I planned to stay there for 2 weeks, but I ended up staying 6 weeks in total :)
