Nuestra experiencia en TTP fue muy positiva, estuvimos en el área de recepción, las tareas fueron sencillas, y el personal muy amable siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier duda o inquietud. Mención especial a Sandrine y Alain muy buenos anfitriones, que nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el día uno, organizando comidas para pasar tiempo todos juntos. Originalmente íbamos a estar 20 días y nos terminamos quedando más de 1 mes, también nos ayudaron a extender la visa sin problema, estamos muy agradecidos con esta experiencia, recomendamos este voluntariado y sin dudas vamos a volver ♥️

I had a good stay at the hostel. The volunteers and staff there made me feel at home. Although I was volunteering with the cleaning team, I also helped at reception when someone was absent, and it was fine. The cleaning ladies only spoke Lao, and communication with them wasn't always easy, but with the translator everything flowed smoothly. They were shy and took a little while to get used to me, but nothing that hindered the work.

Sandrine is a very energetic person. I really enjoyed working with her. She is communicative and full of ideas. Her hostel is a pleasant and very comfortable place, and the food we were served there is also very good. The hostel is currently going through some renovations, and I was able to contribute a little as an architect. Being with the other volunteers was incredible. It is definitely a place to connect with people from all over the world.

The stay at TTPremium Hostel is my first time volunteering through WorldPackers. The other volunteers were the highlight of my stay, they made me feel right at home. The location of the hostel is amazing, it's close to everything (night market, convenience stores, temples). The workload was very light and the schedule is negotiable. I've only met the owner, Sandrine once and she seemed lively! There are some things to improve on the actual hostel that could help us provide better experiences to guests. But overall, the experience is good; shows you how the backend of hostels actually work.

We absolutely loved our experience at the hostel. We met people from all over the world, significantly improved our English, learned about different cultures and countries, and lived truly special moments. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and lunches every single day (even on our days off) and made friends we will carry with us for life. The work schedule is very relaxed, the rooms are extremely comfortable, and the hostel is beautiful and very well located, making it easy to fully enjoy Vientiane. On top of that, the volunteers are amazing people, truly kind and special.

I had a great time at the hostel :) The host Sandrine and other staff are very nice and I felt very welcomed and cared for during my stay. There are many other volunteers at the hostel so it is a fun environment . The shifts are well organized, tasks are simple and clear and the manager is always there in case you need any help. Food was always delicious and you have a lot of free time to explore the city. Thank you, I will definitely be back whenever I am in Laos!

We had an amazing experience with everyone there, specially with other volunteers and the hosts, Sandrinette made us feel at home. They are an organized and committed team to accomplish all the necessary tasks. We helped out at the hostel reception and received all the meals they offer through the app. Highly recommended, we'll miss them.

The experience was enriching. The staff were very friendly and explained everything very well. They respect schedules. Everyone working there feels warm and welcoming. You can socialize very well. You learn a lot about how to interact with guests, and they let you develop and give your opinions.

Miguel is an amazing and kind person, full of creativity and exceptional organizational skills. He personally painted the comments box, designed the form, and even managed the Excel values follow-up with great care. His dedication shows in every detail, and he always approaches tasks with a cheerful smile that makes collaboration a joy.
