I had a great time at the home! The owner Thushara (TK) was super helpful and nice guy. The parents that you will be living with are Lionel (Palitha), and Hemamali (Priyanka) were incredibly warm and welcoming. There is delicious home cooked meals from Ranjini (Akka).I worked flexibly for about 4 hours a day, helping with housekeeping, gardening and tending to guests. The homestay in Matara town is beautiful and perfectly located on the south coast of Sri Lanka. I learned so much about Sri Lankan culture, facilitating a positive guest experience and gardening. A fantastic opportunity!
