I truly had an amazing time at the hostel! Marita and Anne are not only such a great hosts but also one of the nicest people I have ever met! They made sure I had everything I could possibly need. We also spend a lot of time together - hikes, meetings with locals, boardgames... The tasks were easy, hours were as agreed, or even less. the hostel is located in a very small village so I would recommend this to anyone who loves peaceful places. This experience was unforgettable in the best way possible, Im so grateful!! Thank you!!!

My stay at the hostel was a truly memorable experience! The hosts, Marita and Anne, made a great effort to ensure I felt welcome and had a wonderful time. I got the chance to experience Norway while enjoying the beautiful surroundings, perfect for hiking, cycling, and relaxing in peace. The daily tasks were clear and manageable, from household chores to gardening, with many ways to contribute and support the hosts. the hostel is a perfect place for motivated people who enjoy helping, meeting others, and spending time in nature! A place I highly recommend to anyone interested in volunteering!

The hostel was a great experience to volunteer. They were friendly, approachable, and gave me al the instructions I needed to complete the tasks. The tasks were simple and totally doable. They also were very welcoming and gave me so much insight about their culture that I almost felt like a Norwegian. The place was simply beautiful, the surroundings, the mountains, the walks. It was a perfect place to volunteer for the first time and I totally recommend it.
