My experience with Stepanka was wonderful. I spent two weeks with her and always felt at home. The tasks weren't complicated, and I loved spending time together. Every day was an experience, we never ran out of things to talk about, and I had the opportunity to meet her grandchildren, who were very sweet. It was a wonderful weeks, but it was really sad to say goodbye. I am very grateful and happy to have been a volunteer :)

Stepankamin is such a lovely person. From the very first moment I felt welcomed like part of the family. I met her children and grandchildren, and every encounter was delightful. It was exactly what I was looking for: to feel at home even while far away, and this incredible lady gave me that with so much love. I had a cozy private room, access to a 24-hour gym, tasty homemade meals and a sweet dog. We cycled through towns, traveled to Germany and shared many stories. She became truly special to me, and I feel deep gratitude for this time together. She will always have a place in my heart.
