Es un lugar precioso, tranquilo. El anfitrión es.muy amable, respetuoso y sobre todo generoso. No solo aprendí como es el trabajo sino que también sobre las olivas( las características y el proceso de obtener aceite),el reciclaje y como es trabajar en una granja. Estoy muy feliz de haber realizado mi voluntariado en la granja Cuore Verde, la estadía se sintió muy amigable y familiar. Muy recomendado.

The reviews are really on point about Marco, he is a wonderful person that will do whatever he can to keep you comfortable and safe. He will always teach you something whenever he can, thanks to him I learned: great tips to cook, about Italian culture, words in Italian and great places to go! >The work you do is manageable and sometimes too easy to do (from olive to fennel picking) >There's some buses to Florence but I always prefered to walk. >There's beds in the tents and plenty of blankets, don't worry! >I cooked with ingredients of mine and his Staying at Cuore Verde was really awesome!!

The experience with Marco was more than expected. I enjoyed many conversations that showed his passion to share the knowledge about plants, animals and environment. He was really caring to give us time to enjoy ourselves and also Firenze. The work to do was interesting and easy to do. Also we share many delicious meals made by Gian Paolo and even a grill Marco made. I'm so grateful with them and I hope I will come back some days. Thank you Cuore Verde, I had a lovely time with you!

Marco is an amazing host and I felt like home almost directly after I arrived in Firenze. The hours are very flexible and I learned so many new things about Agriculture thanks to Marco's explenations. My highlight was the food!! I learned alot aboit the Italian culture and the Italian cuisine and I will chertish those recipes forever. Thank you Marco for this amazing experience!

While my time on the farm was short, due to health reasons, I found it to be such a nice experience. Marco was so welcoming, kind, and accommodating. I struggled with the cold temperatures, especially while sleeping in the tent outside, but Marco tried his best to supply me with warmer clothes, beanies, and copious amounts of blankets. The work was typically just before lunch and I found it so cool to learn about harvesting different herbs and olives. I hope that one day I can come back and stay again/help the farm because it was truly a beautiful place to stay. Also, Jean Paulo's cooking!

The food was delicious, and the tasks were fun and varied. Marco and the other people who worked at Cuore Verde were all very kind! For your information, it takes ~35-40 minutes to get to the city center, but the buses do not run every hour. Also, Sai-sai is a little scary if you're afraid of dogs, but she's very nice and just young. Other than that, it was an incredible, enriching experience that I highly recommend!

Our experience with Marco and his farm was absolutely amazing! Working hours were super flexible which allowed us to go into town frequently and get to see everything that Florence has to offer! Marco taught us many things while being there including the history of Florence and many things about his farm. Other than all of the adorable animals and friendly environment, our favorite part was the food! They prepared the most delicious meals for us almost every day and even let us help cook some meals! Overall the experience was great and would recommend this farm to anyone!

Marco is a very sweet, calm and attentive person. The days at the farm are quiet and the workers there are also very nice! You always feel at ease and Marco even took us for a walk, eat pizza and have ice cream. I felt like family, thank you for everything!

Staying at Marco's farm was an experience full of warmth and connection😊. In the first day, Marco welcomed me with a farm tour and shared not only about the tasks I have to do, but also his vision, names of farm animals, and etc. The work itself was never too difficult and Marco truly respected my time and schedule. Also, what made this stay special was the people - I enjoyed all the time and conversation with the people at the farm, which made me feel part of this little community:)) (If you wanna lose weight, here's not the best place because you'll eat many mouth-watering Italian foods🤣)
