Programa detallado

Design transformation for three specific hostel areas: our front first floor area, hallways on each floor (currently too flat/boring), and rooftop space for socializing and fun activities. You'll create comprehensive design solutions with detailed 3D renderings, complete shopping lists with pricing, and regular progress documentation. Timeline flexibility - you propose realistic schedule based on project scope and commit to showing consistent work progress throughout your stay.

Specific Project Areas (flexible hours, you propose schedule):

FRONT OF HOSTEL AREA around 25 sqm:
- Measure and assess current layout and functionality
- Design welcoming entrance experience with optimal space usage
- Create furniture layout maximizing both comfort and flow

HALLWAYS (2,3,4th floor similar floor plan) around 30sqm:
- Transform flat, boring corridors into lively, engaging spaces
- Design wall treatments, lighting, and decorative elements
- Plan practical solutions that don't obstruct traffic flow

ROOFTOP SPACE around 100 sqm:
- Design vibrant social area for guest activities and relaxation
- Plan weather-appropriate furniture and entertainment zones
- Create Instagram-worthy photo spots and social gathering areas

DELIVERABLES FOR ALL AREAS:
- Professional 3D renderings showing before/after transformations
- Detailed shopping lists with specific items, suppliers, and pricing
- Weekly progress presentations documenting design development process
- Final comprehensive implementation guide with timeline and budget breakdown
