Volunteering with PEFF foundation has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Teaching English to the children has been both meaningful and inspiring, as they are curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. Hani provides a supportive and well-organized environment, and Shompoo (the Director) is very welcoming, she really cares about your well-being during your stay. This experience allowed me not only to contribute through teaching, but also to learn a lot about the local community and culture. I am very grateful for this opportunity.

I spent two weeks at the the school in Yuan teaching science to grades 1-6 with teacher Fha, and sharing origami with the Kindergarten classes. The director Shompoo is very attentive and cares deeply about improving the educational opportunities for her students. The children are absolutely wonderful and full of love. Yuan is a small town that has everything you need to be comfortable with plenty of restaurants and markets to explore. It is also close to the mountains and border with Laos with some scenic places to visit nearby.

The whole experience was amazing! Hani was great in organising and communicating, also everyone at the the school was super welcoming (both teachers and the lovely director, who even took me out to eat with her husband) and the kids were amazing and very respectful. The work was very relaxed and had a lit of time to myself to explore the town and nearby cities such as Chiang Rai. If you are looking for a full filling experience and have fun at the same time this is more than perfect for you!

My time at the the school was incredible. I could not recommend volunteering here anymore. The children and staff of this the school are beautiful and kind and welcoming in a life changing way. The lunch I ate at the the school everyday was delicious, and the experience and area I stayed in were perfect.

I had a lovely experience, got in touch with local culture, the kids are just amazing. Everyone welcomed me super well, since the organization PEFF untill the the school staff! Super recommend it
