Programa detallado
We’re inviting passionate work exchangers to join us at Eso Terra—a lush jungle paradise just a 10-minute walk from the stunning Playa Chiquita beach. Here, work exchangers will live in intentional community, surrounded by beauty, purpose, and possibility. You’ll learn from local guides, and contribute to a shared mission of holistic healing, integrity, and growth.
Whatever your skill set—creative, technical, hands-on —we’ll engage it in meaningful ways that contribute to these shared goals. Come live simply, serve joyfully, and help co-create the next evolution of Eso Terra.
Our Intention is to generate a team environment, where we will work together towards high impact goals. We will make a meaningful impact, and learn a lot.
This will be a high energy environment with purpose, creativity and accountability; and it will also be a balanced and healthy environment with supportive mentors, and re-wiring of our relationship with work, play, self reflection and regeneration.
Guests will gain the unique experience of mentorship from guides in the holistic space, as well as leadership training from Eso Terra and Integrity Quest founder Cat Lindroth, meeting twice a week on goal setting, self reflection, and action planning.
Actividades & Turnos
This summer, we’re focused on teaming up with change makers who wish to live in community, and contribute to inspiring goals that will make a meaningful impact on people's lives.
These projects include:
Completing our cob "healing house" project -- which includes the creation of a cob house and bench project
Growing our garden and laying the foundation for permaculture at Eso Terra - including planting of a reciprocal roof structure
Impacting our programs (Growing our Holistic Exchange & Medicine Cabinet Offerings)
Expanding our apprenticeship program to budding wellness practitioners
Expanding our social media presence & global partnership presence (Building relationships with international, established retreat leaders, Deepening our network of guides and practitioners; Increasing college campus traction for our Integrity Quests, internationally)
Reglas
Our focus is on holistic wellness; we welcome volunteers who want to engage with a healthy lifestyle supportive of their regeneration and wellbeing. This means we tend to not have alcohol on site. We also tend to have quiet hours here before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM; and generally require approval for guests to bring friends or host gatherings. At the same time, our location is home to many workshops, gatherings, singing and drumming and fire circles -- so it is certainly lively, connected, and communal environment.
While we are flexible about work schedules, we also want to have a high functioning team with accountability. We will want consistency in how we decide to work; while allowing for flexibility and enjoying your life and freedom here out on the Caribbean cost.
During your stay, we will offer workshops and holistic experiences here open to the community multiple times a week. You will be more than welcome to come for free. We will offer coaching to our guests, our expectation is that they attend those meetings on time. There will also be a 5-7 week Integrity Quest offered during this time offered by our founder; which is free for work exchangers to engage with as well.
Our expectation is that our work exchangers are committed, loving, kind and respectful. They are also open to feedback, excited to learn, and deepen their relationship with holistic living and nature.
Guests will live together- cooking their own meals or coordinating meals communally if they wish. We will also coordinate joint trips or outings to local waterfalls or venues (they would have to pay the cost of the outing and transport). The price of food and trips are not included in this exchange.
