As a volunteer, you'll play an active role in preparing organic gardens, planting vegetables, composting, building soil health, and implementing permaculture techniques that align with our vision of sustainability. Whether you’re helping to design garden beds, build water-harvesting systems, or tend to seedlings, your efforts will directly support food security and environmental education in our local community.
Why Join Us:
Make a Real Impact: Your work will contribute to a long-term sustainable agriculture project that supports local families and promotes ecological resilience.
Learn by Doing: No prior experience is needed! You’ll receive practical training in permaculture principles, natural farming methods, and eco-friendly practices.
Live Like a Local: Experience authentic Tanzanian culture by living and working alongside local farmers and changemakers.
Be Inspired: Surrounded by the natural beauty of Mount Meru and within reach of iconic places like Serengeti and Kilimanjaro, this is a perfect base for adventure and connection.
Who We’re Looking For:
Open-minded, enthusiastic individuals or groups who are ready to get their hands dirty, embrace new experiences, and contribute to something meaningful. Whether you're a student, gap-year traveler, or eco-enthusiast, you'll find purpose and community here.

Two daily meals (vegetarian-friendly)
On-site orientation and support
