I truly had one of my best volunteering experiences here! The benefits are amazing great food, and the room feels just like a hotel. Be ready to be very social, as that's your main task here. The only thing that could be improved is having clearer definitions of the tasks and shifts.

I absolutely loved this volunteer experience, it was definitely my favorite one so far! The team is super kind, generous, and made me feel safe and welcome. I stayed for two months, but I'd recommend around three to four weeks to gully enjoy it without getting tired. The days can feel a bit similar and sometimes tiring since you stay up late and meet new people every day, but it's still such a fun and special time! Leo is really kind and helpful — I had a small accident on my day off, and he supported me the whole time. The tour guides are also really open fun to be around!!

It was a very good experience and a great way to spend a month all meals were included and great food. Leo was very nice and energetic. Your job is pretty much hanging out with guests and ensure they are having a good time and it's definitely a party the boat. Also you may be answering a few questions about the plan for that day. I definitely recommend doing this exchange.

We had an amazing time working on the boat! Some lack in communication at first but after sitting down and talking with Leo he made everything clear for us to understand! The employees and Leo really care and support the volunteers a lot. was told multiple times by employees how much they appreciate our support and efforts. Definitely a party the boat so expect crazy wild parties. Every night is different. for sure a once in a life time experience. It is team dorms if you are solo traveling but the rooms hold up to 3 beds and are very nice! Lots of activities and fun!

This was such an amazing experience!! If you're an extrovert and love to be around people, you're the one for this job! There were a few things that were confusing in the beginning but Leo is open to questions and is willing to sit down and give you time to talk! The employees are also super amazing and the work is def worth all the awesome perks. Highly recommend!!

One of the best experiences I've had! I was like another guest, it didn't feel like work. It's more hours than they say, but it's just being with guests and doing what they do, so that didn't matter to me. The workers are the most gentle ever, I love meeting them!! Leo is also very funny and super kind. I definitely will come back, love this volunteer opportunity so much. All the activities and food were awesome. Cant wait to be part again of the boat team!!

This was so different to any other volunteering I've done before! It was amazing, Leo and all the staff are incredibly lovely and welcoming. The work is straight forward, you hang out with the guests and help the staff. Mainly the evenings you take charge with drinking games or beer pong tournaments. The days can get slightly repetitive as it's the same, welcome new guests, go to the beach for volleyball, banana boat and boat jumping. Come back for sunset drinks and then dinner and evening events. The communication could have been a little bit better but was so much fun! Highly recommend!

The boat and the entire team was a dream come true! Eternally grateful to have been a part of such an amazing experience, Leo is so kind and funny. The staff is so friendly and it doesn't even feel like work. You just have a good time with the guests and make sure they are happy! The overall experience was really good, besides one aspect: the host. The boat crew was absolutely phenomenal and I truly have grown to consider them my own family!! The tasks are not clear at all, and neither are the hours. Leo is honestly a horrible person, who pretends to be a cool guy for guests. Nothing was EVER explained to me by him, and considering I was alone for most of my time there, I had to figure out A LOT by myself. The job itself is not hard, but it's definitely not suited for introverts, as you have to socialise all day long, and every day it's a whole new group of people.
