Programa detallado
Bansko Street Dogs have a yard where a number of dogs are cared for by volunteers, and we oversee care for many dogs still on the street. We have dogs in foster homes who require one on one care or attention, and the pet sitters role primarily sees you interacting with these dogs.
Actividades & Turnos
It will vary depending on the foster dog requirements at the time of your stay. You may be caring for a dog in recovery after an illness or surgery, a dog who is preparing to join a family home, or a newly abandoned puppy. You will be told what the dog needs, and shown how to walk and train them appropriately
Reglas
Be mindful that everyone is volunteering, even the locals, and that no one is above any tasks ... we are all expected to muck in with whatever is needed to keep these dogs happy, healthy and loved!
Communicate with us - if you're not happy about something speak up! Give us the chance to fix things if needs be, but don't be unhappy and then wish you had said something when you leave, that's no good for you or us. Likewise if you have any ideas of how things could be better we are all ears.
* Come with an open mind, be prepared to learn & be a team player *
