Danny and Bee couldn't have been more welcoming! They were incredibly generous and kind, sharing both their home and their knowledge throughout my stay. Teaching students in the classroom, at home, and out and about was so much fun, and I always felt well supported and encouraged. They went out of their way to provide a warm & friendly environment and additional opportunities to engage with the local community I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bee and Danny are lovely hosts and will do anything to make sure you're stay is enjoyable. I spent my time teaching Jack and Iris who took me to local places to try local food. I met some great people down at the lab and when Danny and Bee had time off they took us to the beach and out for dinner. If you can ride a scooter this would be the best way to enjoy the surrounding area. The dogs are also very sweet. If you're looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing then this would be a good place to spend some time

Absolutely great experience. Danny and Bee were both extremely helpful with transport to the location. They also brought us on many adventures that are 100% worth experiencing. Hours were easy and flexible. There is also loads of things to do independently and many incredible views to visit. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I've had some unforgettable experiences and overall a really great time! Thank you so much Danny and Bee!

It couldn't have been a better experience. I had all day to do whatever I wanted, the teaching was exciting and let's you meet the locals eye to eye, the food was delicious and Danny would take us to cool places with waterfalls and nice beaches. If you want to be a local volunteer and not a just a tourist this is the place🤩

Danny and Bee are wonderful host and passionate educators. They are flexible and accommodating to one's needs. They have a beautiful home and two beautiful dogs. Bee makes delicious meals and together we ate out as well. My first day we all went to a beautiful waterfall. Tuy Hoa is a magnificent beach town in South Central Vietnam 🇻🇳. It is easy to be immersed in their beautiful local culture. Thank-you Danny n Bee

I had a really nice time at Danny and Bee's. I stayed for two weeks and got everything I needed. The amount of work was perfect and we had enough time to see the town and Vietnamese culture. We had the opportunity to eat very yummy local food and we learned a lot about Vietnamese history. Additionally we did beautiful trips (coral reef/waterfalls)

This experience was one of my highlight in Vietnam! Danny and Bee are amazing hosts who cater to your every need, I was taken on trips, the food was delicious and all working hours were fully respected. Bikes and scooters are provided and Tuy Hoa is an amazing city with a great ex-pat community. I could not recommend this experience enough!

Volunteering with Danny for two weeks is the best thing I have done in Vietnam so far. The English classes I helped to teach were both engaging & entertaining. Despite it being my first time, the techniques taught helped me contribute meaningfully to the classes! Danny & Bee were exceptional hosts, serving amazing food & making us feel right at home. Small note - while the work never exceeded 3 hours, the schools are just over an hour's walk, so you may find yourself in town for longer waiting for Danny or Bee to finish, unless you can ride a motorbike or bicycle there (both at your disposal).

Volunteering with Danny and Bee has been an amazing experience, they're incredibly kind. They have their own classes so you meet a variety of students, seeing different teaching methods and engaging in fun games making classes very entertaining. At home shared meals are a place for great conversations, with Danny sharing his historical knowledge, and volunteers sharing stories of their travels. They care about your happiness, taking the volunteers camping for a night and even giving me medicine and herbal tea when I became sick. It can be difficult to get around if you can't ride a motorbike.
