It was my second volunteer and I will absolutely recommend it !! the hostel is really a big family, the shift are quite easy and there are really involved and flexible. Every week you have a meeting with all the volunteer and the manager in order to fix things. If you look for an incredible experience in Cancun this is the place to be. Huge thanks to Carlos and Jennifer and to the hostel staff. I left the hostel with friends from all over the world and memories for life. Thank you 😊

I had a great time at the hostel, it's definitely one of the best hostel in which I've ever been. Rooms are always clean and the meals offered to the volunteers are good. My shift was as bar tender, I loved this shift and the guys who work at the bar permanently are amazing. Cancun it's not my favorite city in Mexico, it's very commercial, but If you get the chance to volunteer in this hostel you will have a great time for sure!

Cheguei muito nervoso, e ainda mais quando vi que iria ficar com outra tarefa (Praia) diferente da que tinha candidatado (Pequeno-almoço). Rapidamente fiquei feliz com a tarefa que me foi atribuída! Incrível como conheci tanta gente só de levar os hóspedes a praia ! Fiz amizades para a vida ! Ambiente espetacular , entre hóspedes, funcionários e voluntários ! Foi a minha primeira experiência , e logo tao boa! São muito flexíveis é compreensíveis! Vão-se sentir em casa! Quartos muito bons e até com alguma privacidade mesmo que compartilhados ! Obrigado o hostel!

I had a great time volunteering at the hostel. The full time staff is amazing, the hostel is so nice and getting the chance to be part of this community was wonderful. Would 100% recommend.

Had a great experience traveling to this hostel and spending time in a really popular hostel in the area! Loved my position here, loved some of my co volunteers although communication was a bit off with my scheduled hours and position here, and how the hostel works as a team, I still would recommend this hostel to anyone I meet!

My experience at the hostel was very fun. Everyone who worked there was very personable and kind. The location Cancun is prime if you like to party and have a good time. Expecically it being directly on the beach and next to the club centre. I stayed a total of 3 weeks and unfortunately there were a few problems. After my first week they moved me to breakfast shift which was not the agreed upon job. As a night owl, it was very hard to function at 6:30 in the morning. Thanks for the experinece the hostel it was great for my first work exchange!

I definitely learned a lot during my time in the hostel! I met great people that made my time simply wonderful.The location of the hotel is ideal and beaches and shops are usually at a 1minute walk. The team had amazing people who make you feel welcomed all time and will be there for any help or advice.I suggest more work on the food for volunteers. I felt my dietary restrictions were not fully respected a lot of times. For the last week, I was put on a job that was not agreed on the first day. I suggest more communication with volunteers about times and tasks rather than imposing it on them

This was my first work exchange ever, and wow, amazing! The staff are all super welcoming, the hours respected, and the accommodations are so nice (not every hostel has clean bathrooms like this). I made some amazing friends with other volunteers as well as some of the staff. Love ya Perla! Also, everybody is more or less bilingual so anyone can practice Spanish and/or English here!

God knows how thankful I am for the opportunity of being part of this fam. If you are lucky to volunteer here please take it professional during your 5 hour work exchange. Here you will have the most beautiful experiences and will come across with many beautiful people from al over the world. This is one of most potential hostels in Mexico to start your carrier as a volunteer or work exchange. I want to thank the hostel staff for giving me the most delicious and nutritious breakfast I could have in Cancun.The lunch and dinner they serve for staff and volunteers is the best!!! 1000 Thanks!!
