I travel for 13 years and this was the best volunteering experience in my life! The hotel is just amazing 🤩 the room was beautiful, wifi, hot water, ac. The food was incredibly delicious. Private gym is a legend! And a swimming pool on top, gosh, I was having a time of my life. All staff is super friendly, I wish there are more places like this one in the world!

I arrived and was told I was the hotel Manager. The staff were lovely but had not received much training and the hotel was rather disorganised. The experience was good as I felt I bonded with the staff and together we worked towards making the hotel run better. Due to the language barriers, I felt isolated and the experience was less collaborative than I had hoped it would be.
