Our stay here was amazing. Fatima and Eric are super welcoming and amazing people. The dogs are all super sweet, and the work was very rewarding. Fatima is super flexible when it comes to work and giving time to explore the other islands. If I'm ever in the Galapagos again, I will be stopping by.

Fatima, her family, and her helper Gloria helped make the Galapagos a truly unforgettable experience (even in the cold season). I am truly going to miss everyone and all the animals. We had our own space: a bungalow, an equipped kitchen, and an outdoor toilet. We were able to use the indoor hot shower. Our daily duties included picking up after the dogs, feeding them, and helping Gloria with various tasks. Our days off were flexible. I cannot recommend this experience enough for those who want to explore the Galapagos, love animals, and aren't afraid of getting dirty.

My stay at the dogshelter was amazing. The dogs are all well socialiced, super cute and need a lot of love and cuddels. The facilitys are simple but you will get everything you need. There are a lot of unfinished projects and tasks. This place is perfect for volunteers who like to initiate new projects, (like taking the dogs on walk in to the city (they love the Bus/Taxi rides!) work independent, arent afraid to get dirty and love animals. The dogs have a beatiful life at the shelter but to find potential forever-homes and donations the socialmedia aspect is also very important!
