We are looking for reliable volunteers to help with the day-to-day maintenance of our guesthouse. The main tasks will include cleaning rooms, changing bed sheets, doing laundry, basic maintenance tasks and support check-ins, check-outs.
You'll gain hands-on experience in hospitality and property maintenance, with plenty of time off to explore Tirana and the surrounding area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, whether or not you’ve worked in a guesthouse before—we’ll provide all the training you need! Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, cleaning, preparing rooms, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and helping with other tasks to ensure our guests have a wonderful stay.

Actividades & Turnos

We offer a work schedule of five days per week, with Tuesday and Wednesday typically being your days off (Depending on how many guests we are expecting). While these are the standard days off, we’re happy to adjust the schedule if you have other preferences, as long as it fits with the overall needs of the property. This flexibility allows you to plan your time while maintaining a good balance between work and leisure, enabling you to explore Tirana.
