La experiencia que tuve en la casa es todo lo que esperaba de un voluntariado. El liderazgo y amabilidad de Lisa, así como las tareas indicadas y el trato con los otros voluntarios, volvieron esta una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido. Me enfoqué en redes sociales y desde el primer momento la casa y la ciudad me inspiraron a crear y planificar el contenido, siempre respaldada por Lisa, con quien compartí charlas inspiradoras y grandes momentos. Aprendí más de la cultura local, disfruté de la paz y tranquilidad de Châtillon y reconecté con mi creatividad.

Muy lindo voluntariado tuvimos aquí! La casa es increíble, hace que te trasportes a otra época. Las tareas son muy variadas, entretenidas y sencillas. Y los horarios muy flexibles. Ella es muy atenta y amable haciendo que te sientas cómoda en su casa desde el primer momento. También tiene un hermoso perrito que se llama Beau, con el cual también jugábamos mucho en el hermoso patio que tiene la casa. Espero tengas la oportunidad de venir a voluntariar aquí ya que es una linda experiencia! Gracias por todo Lisa! 🤗

Disfruté mucho de la compañía de Lisa y su perro, fue un poco raro al principio porque era mi primera experiencia como worldpacker y también la de ella como anfitriona pero ambas logramos adaptarnos la una a la otra. También valoro mucho que a pesar de que yo no hablaba muy bien inglés, tuvo mucho paciencia conmigo y me explicaba cómo hacer algunas tareas. Recomiendo esta experiencia a aquellas personas que quieran disfrutar de un lugar lleno de historias, relajarse y desconectar un rato de lo cotidiano. Chatillon Sur Seine es un lugar que te invita al pasado. Voy a extrañarlo!!

Lisa was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel truly at home, giving us the freedom to choose what we wanted to do. A part of the day, we had some moments to talk. I spoke English a lot, and Lisa was like a mother teaching with patience and care. Every moment we spent there felt special, and those were truly some of the most beautiful memories we created.

Lisa is a wonderful woman. Our stay there was fantastic. She truly respects the idea that volunteering is about small acts of help, not an actual job. She took us to visit nearby towns, and every day we had time to talk and share a cup of tea. I am truly enchanted by Lisa and by the home—a place full of history and located in a charming town. This one was the best experience I've ever taken, I enjoyed the work I had to do and how Lisa gives you the freedom to bring things to the table when working in something. The place is so cozy and stunning if you enjoy the arquitecture as well the quietness as its town is like that, a walking place with a huge history in every corner, so grateful with Lisa for being so kind to me. 🤗

It was my first volunteering experience, and I feel very happy and grateful to Lisa. She is an excellent host with a wonderful home that transports you into the history of France. The experience was amazing, if I could rate it higher I would. Lisa is a great host. She treats all volunteers very well. Her home is beautiful, clean, and cozy. you will have alot of time and space to do hobbies and visit diffrent towns. The town is quite nice with alot of places to exsplore. The work itself is straight forward. Overall is one of my favorite experiences worldpacking and I recommend this to any type of traveler. Thank you Lisa for being an amazing host!!!

Lisa was an extremely amazing host. She's always open to talk to about anything and always so appreciative of any help she receives. She made us feel welcome during the entirety of our stay and always made sure everything was going smoothly for us. She would recommend things to do in town, as well as other places we could visit on our days off. She is an amazing host and I recommend this experience to any Worldpacker who is interested in staying here.
