I had an amazing time at the hostel :)). Even though it's hard to sum it all up in just a few sentences, this experience was truly special. The team really cares not only about the guests, but also about the volunteers. The working hours are flexible, the conditions are fair, and the location close to the beach is perfect. You meet many great people, make friends for life, and quickly feel at home. Leaving was hard, but I would always love to come back. <3

My experience at the hostel has been unique, intense meaningful and genuinely enriching both on human and personal level. From the very first day I felt welcomed as a part of the family. The environment is warm, respectful and build on real values. The tasks were clear, fair and well balanced, leaving enough space to enjoy the island, connect with guests and fully live the experience. Communication was always open and honest, and I felt trusted and appreciated for what I could bring, even in a short amount of time. I recommend this experience to everybody <3

Volunteering at the hostel was an incredible experience and truly the best hostel in Siquijor. The work was easy and relaxed, and Ervin genuinely cares about his workers, volunteers, and guests. I'm very grateful for the opportunity to volunteer here and enjoy activities like island rides, daily family dinners, nights out at the bridge and JJs, and spending time with the hostel dogs Agra, Gozo, and Callao. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Volunteering at the hostel was nothing short of amazing, a once in a lifetime experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed into a community full of warm, creativity and connection. Every day brought something new to learn, from life skills and teamwork to the deeper lessons that come from living with a purpose and intention. The environment was inspiring, and I had the chance to grow both personally and socially. But what made it truly unforgettable were the people, I met some of the most genuine souls friendship that I know it last far beyond the time I spent there.

I had a lovely time at the hostel. The hostel is very social and attracts a great crowd. I met so many people from all over the world and made a lot of friends. The work is very chill, socialising with guests, helping them plan their day, tidying the breakfast table and helping with check-ins. Once a week I would take guests on a ride around the island to different spots which was a lot of fun! I stayed for 3.5 weeks and definitely could have stayed longer. Siquijor is amazing too, so much to do and lovely beaches.

Volunteering at the hostel helped me meeting a lot of travellers, also helped me know the island in a better way. The tasks where easy, dinners where super nice, island tours, and just chill with the team at the hostel was super.

Volunteering at the hostel has been one of the most special experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt like part of a warm and amazing family. The energy of the place is magical; surrounded by nature, amazing people, good vibes and a true sense of community. The tasks were fun and well organized, and there was always room to share ideas. Ervin and the whole team made sure everyone felt supported and appreciated. I'm leaving with unforgetable memories and beautiful friendships. Now I trully understand why everybody wants to come back, both the hostel and the island 🫶
